History
As a design lead of 'Gentleman Ryan' project, I cooperated with a merchandiser and illustrator aiming to expand the range of consumption as men's items or well-made gifts. So I built up an initial brand concept with modern color and new structure compared to conventional goods. With setting Ryan as an owner of a tailor shop and bookstore, I could extract his new characteristic corresponding with this project as more sophisticated and gentle, and It came out as a unique style: Not only decency, also witty. And especially for the first session of 'Gentleman Ryan,' I wrapped the project up with a single commercial poster including illustration and copywriting by myself. As a result, the collection of two sessions have launched out with about 50 kinds of product and packaging design. Through this experimental project, the new and classy sensibility has been influencing to wide-ranged consumers.
