In charge of brand design execution: Identity establishment, sign system setting, packaging supplies and directing for signature menu posters. With checking the construction site, I tried to build up integrated brand experience from design planning to execution for consumers visiting Kakao Friends.

To make a classy character diary note and calendar everyone should want to open, I took the main project with a temporary team made up of merchandiser and illustrators. Not only using Adobe suites professionally, I covered the whole process of setting the annual concept to checking actual production. Also, I supported the request of Kakao Japan(Japanese corporation) with design editing. In conclusion, the sales including B2B achieved about at 900k USD which is an explosive outcome compared to last year and led this project a big success.
